Mr. Nishiuchi is Japanese patent attorney whose practice area cover drafting, prosecution, reexamination, invalidation and trademark prosecution in IP matters in a wide variety of technical fields, particularly physics and inorganic chemistry.

Education Background and Working Experience

Mr. NISHIUCHI SEIJI received his B.S. in Physics in 1995 and M.S. in inorganic chemistry from Kochi University in 1997. In 2003, he was qualified as a patent attorney in Japan. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. NISHIUCHI SEIJI worked as a patent engineer at a chemical company in Japan. From 2002 to 2006, he worked as a patent attorney at a Japanese patent law firm. From 2006 to 2015, he joined a patent law firm in Beijing. Since 2015, Mr. NISHIUCHI SEIJI has been with Uni-intel as director of Japanese business department.
