Areas of Practice

Mr. Liu is conversant with drafting application documents for patents and responding to office actions issued by SIPO, USPTO and EPO during the substantive examination proceedings. Mr. Liu is also good at translating patent literatures. Besides, Mr. Liu is proficient with the technical fields of computer, telecommunication, semiconductor, software engineering, wireless communication, automation etc.

Education Background and Working Experience

Mr. Liu holds his B.S. of automation science from BUAA and M.S. of electrical engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, U.S.A. Besides, Mr. Liu is qualified as an engineer by NCEES. Prior to joining Uni-Intel, Mr. Liu worked as a patent engineer at a top intellectual property law firm for four years where he accumulated extensive experience in patent cases.
