Mr. Wiersch is specialized in patent prosecution, FTO, patent invalidation, licensing and patent portfolio with focus on the technical fields of mechanics, physics, thermodynamics, robotics, computer software and hardware.

Education Background and Working Experience

Mr. Wiersch received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and M.S. in industrial engineering from University of California at Berkeley. From 2006 to 2010, Mr. Wiersch worked in US firms and later worked as solo patent attorney. From 2010 to 2018, Mr. Wiersch worked for a Japanese IP firm. Since 2019, Mr. Wiersch has joined Uni-intel.
