Recently, the ALL-CHINA PATENT ATTORNEYS ASSOCIATION (ACPAA) issued a notice titled "Announcement on the Results of the 2023 National Model Invention Patent Drafting Cases." A total of 566 submissions were received for this selection event. After an anonymous review by the evaluation committee, 60 exemplary invention patent drafting cases were selected. Among them, 15 cases were in the field of chemistry, 20 in the field of machinery, and 25 in the field of electronics.
