On the afternoon of November 9, the Third Member Congress and the General Assembly for Leadership Transition of the Beijing Patent Attorneys Association was successfully held in Beijing. Pan Xinsheng, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Beijing Intellectual Property Office, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Nearly 200 representatives from the management department of the Beijing Intellectual Property Office and member units of the association participated in this congress.
The congress voted to pass the "Work Report of the Second Council of the Beijing Patent Attorneys Association", the "Financial Report of the Second Council of the Beijing Patent Attorneys Association", the "Work Report of the Second Supervisory Board of the Beijing Patent Attorneys Association", the "Draft Articles of Association of the Beijing Patent Attorneys Association", etc., and elected the Third Council and the Third Supervisory Board of the association through voting. Among them, Mr. Wang Gang, a senior partner of Huisi Chengye, was re-elected as the vice president of the Beijing Patent Attorneys Association.
During the congress, the first meetings of the Third Council and the Supervisory Board of the association were held. The council and the supervisory board respectively elected members of the new leading bodies of the association through voting, and reviewed and passed the "Work Plan for the Leadership Transition and Establishment of the Professional Committees of the Beijing Patent Attorneys Association".
