In order to implement the "Opinions on Promoting the Development of the Capital Intellectual Property Service Industry" by the Beijing Municipal People's Government and the "The Action Plan for Promoting the Development of Intellectual Property Service Industry of Beijing (2018-2020)" in accordance with the work deployment of the Beijing Municipal Intellectual Property Office, the Capital Intellectual Property Service Association launched the election of leading figures of Beijing intellectual property services. A total of 100 leading figures of Beijing intellectual property services were elected after application and recommendation by various institutions, preliminary review and expert review.
