Abstract：In the new era, Chinese IP has more diversified contents. However, there are problems such as incorrect understanding of relevant systems in the process of administrative mediation on Chinese IP dispute. This paper discusses general contents of administrative mediation on Chinese IP dispute, analyses the existing problems thereof and provides effective strategies for developing administrative mediation.
